General info
- Submission for United Game Jam 2020, theme was "Two"
- Made alone in under 48h (probably something like 30h)
- Engine used: Unity free version (awesome splash screen)
- Homemade graphic assets (not an expert at all though)
- No audio (music and sounds FX), sorry.
Are you a beginner?
Yes, I am a beginner in game development. I've discovered Unity a few weeks ago and this is my first ever game jam. I already knew C# basics before though.
About the game
That's a pretty simple game. You play with the mouse only. There are 2 game modes available.
- Cure
- The goal is to cure the patient from the disease by clicking on the infected cells to remove them. Be quick, 2 new cells spawns every 2 seconds. In this mode, you can finish the game before the timer goes out by removing all the infected cells. The faster you are, the bigger will be your score bonus.
- Spread
- The goal is to spread the virus by producing the more infected cells as possible during the given time. When you click on a cell, it divides into two new cells (so you have +1). Be careful not to spam too much though because when you click outside of a cell, you score decrease (that mechanic is in the other mode as well).
Relevance to the theme
Well, I tried to use "two" as much as possible.

- Cure: 2 cells spawn every 2 seconds
- Spread: when a cell is clicked, 2 more appear
- Timer of 22 seconds

Install instructions
On Windows x86/x64, simply unzip and launch the .exe.
